Indiana Licensing Requirements

OBTAINING A BROKER'S LICENSE IN INDIANA


Real Estate Licensing Institute in Partnership with the Real Estate Sales Academy

To obtain your Broker’s license in Indiana, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Complete 90 hours of classroom instruction.

Score a minimum of 225 points out of 300 on 3 mandatory exams.

This must be successfully completed to become eligible to take the state examination.

Once the state exam is passed, you may obtain your real estate Broker’s license.

NOTE: A payment plan is also offered for your convenience.
However, if choosing this option, there is a $50 charge for the plan.
$300 will be due upon registration and the balance of $249 will be due halfway through session.
