Illinois Managing Broker License Renewal:
Managing Brokers are required to complete 24 Hours of Continuing Education, which include:
• 12-Hour Broker Management Course (mandatory attendance either via webinar or classroom — no test required)
• 12 Hours of Continuing Education (must include 4-Hour Core Course and 2-Hour Sexual Harassment with mandatory attendance either via webinar or classroom – no test required)
• The additional hours may be completed as a homestudy with a proctored exam
