Requirements to Obtain a Broker License:

- Be 18 years old

- Provide proof of high school diploma or equivalent

- Complete 150 hours of education to include:

- 30 Hours – Real Estate Law
- 30 hours – Oregon Real Estate Practice
- 30 hours – Real Estate Finance
- 15 hours – Contracts
- 15 hours – Agency Law
- 10 hours – Property Management
- 20 hours – Brokerage Management

- Pass State and National Exam

- Complete background check and submit fingerprints

Requirements to Obtain a Principal Broker License:

- Be 18 years old

- Have three years of active real estate license experience

- Complete 40 hour Broker Administration and Sales Supervision course (BASS) from certified continuing education provider.

- Apply for license and pay $300.00 nonrefundable fee.
