CONTINUING EDUCATION

Illinois Managing Broker License Renewal:

Managing Brokers are required to complete 24 Hours of Continuing Education, which include:

•  12-Hour Managing Broker Course (mandatory attendance either via webinar or classroom — no test required)

•  12 Hours of Continuing Education (Core Course and Sexual Harassment are mandatory attendance. The other courses are homestudy with proctored exam)

Note: Homestudy elective materials are delivered upon registration and must be read and reviewed prior to texting. Courses must be purchased at least 3 days prior to testing to allow time to study materials. Testing is by appointment. Please call 708-459-4516 to schedule.
